How will a solar energy system work?

Our solar collector panels are generally roof mounted in an array of panels depending on the amount of energy our customers wish to generate. A cable path will then be run from the panels to a grid connect inverter which will convert the DC electricity to 240V AC 50 Hz electricity.

A new energy meter, possibly digital, will also be installed to monitor energy usage and solar power generation. During times of low energy use the meter can be run in reverse as your solar system supplies energy back into the grid.
